The complete range of electronic hand washing units in stainless steel was created to comply with: The Department of Industrial Hygiene has established the “guidelines” to define the safety and hygiene standards in the “areas of preparation” and “operator departments”.
As outlined by law: 155/97. (EEC Directive 93/43) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) for foodstuff industrial premises. The bowl and the upper panelling are manufactured in a single stainless steel unit to ensure an even surface without sharp corners or edges, finished by “micro shot peening” to improve the concept of “hygiene”. The inner part of the frontal panelling has a 30° inclination and all parts in contact with water are perfectly smooth: this will avoid dirt build-up. The hydraulic parts are in solid brass and the basculating unit allows simple access to all the components for maintenance and inspection.
The stainless steel units can be accessorised with:
- Electronic taps/faucets with or without automatic closure device;
- Soap dispensers of adjustable quantity of soap supplied using a peristaltic pump (green/red led light is inserted in the photocell to indicate the quantity of soap remaining);
- Thermostatic mixer with temperature lock button.
