Ex-Albergo Diurno in Modena

The refurbishment of the former Albergo Diurno in Piazza Mazzini in Modena represented a contemporary reinterpretation of the entire building, including the toilet area. Respecting the historical entity of the building, we managed to highlight innovation and technology, reflecting the concept of multifunctionality and modernity that was given to the entire renovation of the location.

We have installed the SPIS prefabricated inspectable hygiene system, complete with water, electrical and drainage systems. This facilitates maintenance and inspection of toilets.

The choice of the no-touch controls of the Platea Plus electronic washbasin tops, of the C612 built-in electronic taps and soap dispensers in CORIAN material and of the electronic WCs with flow meter and built-in VAIDIM floor cleaning system, give the user hygienic safety and pleasantness of use. Furthermore, these electronic systems allow us to limit unnecessary waste of water, with a water saving of 80%.

Our attention to all types of users has allowed us to create bathrooms for the disabled that are comfortable, safe and complete with accessories thanks to the vast range of aids for the disabled that we have available.
